Privacy Policy

Effective September 6, 2026 · Last updated September 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DiaaPass collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, contact us, or apply to become a venue partner.

01

Who we are

DiaaPass (“DiaaPass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is developing a premium lifestyle and wellness membership service. Our operating legal entity is currently being finalized. Until that process is complete, references to DiaaPass in this policy refer to the team operating the DiaaPass website and service.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide to us. Depending on how you interact with DiaaPass, this may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, interests, inquiry topic and message, venue name, city, venue type, website or social-media information, and other information you submit.

We also collect limited technical and attribution information when you use the website, such as browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, referring page, landing URL, and campaign parameters such as UTM values, gclid, or fbclid when present.

03

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve DiaaPass, manage the waitlist and founding-member communications, respond to inquiries, evaluate potential venue partners, understand website and campaign performance, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

04

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website and business, including cloud hosting and database providers, analytics providers, email-delivery providers, technology and security providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect DiaaPass, our users, or others.

05

Analytics, advertising, and similar technologies

We use analytics, advertising, and measurement technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the website, how they arrive at DiaaPass, and how our marketing performs. These technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers and may allow service providers to receive information about visits and interactions with our website. We use this information for analytics, campaign measurement, and improving our marketing. We may update our consent controls as our marketing program and legal obligations evolve.

06

Communications

If you join the waitlist, we may send you confirmation, launch, membership, and related DiaaPass updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided in those messages when applicable. We may still send non-marketing messages that are necessary to respond to a request you made.

07

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including managing our pre-launch activities, responding to requests, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, and protecting our services.

08

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include requesting access, correction, or deletion, or objecting to certain uses. To make a privacy request, contact us at contact@diaapass.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

10
