About DiaaPass
DiaaPass is developing a premium lifestyle and wellness membership designed to provide access to a curated network of independent gyms, fitness studios, spas, pools, recovery spaces, and wellness venues. Our operating legal entity is currently being finalized. Until that process is complete, references to DiaaPass mean the team operating this website and service.
Pre-launch service
DiaaPass is currently in a pre-launch stage. Information about anticipated venues, membership features, launch dates, geographic coverage, pricing, availability, and other aspects of the service may change before launch. Website content is provided for informational and pre-launch engagement purposes and does not create a commitment that any particular feature, venue, price, or launch date will be available.
Waitlist and invitations
Joining the DiaaPass waitlist does not constitute a membership purchase and does not guarantee an invitation, membership availability, a particular price, access to any specific venue, or any other benefit. Invitations and founding membership opportunities, if offered, may be limited and subject to separate membership terms.
Contact and venue submissions
Submitting a Contact Us request does not create a contractual relationship with DiaaPass. Submitting a venue application does not create a partnership, listing, agency, or other commercial relationship and does not guarantee that a venue will be accepted into the DiaaPass network. Any venue partnership will be subject to a separate written agreement.
Independent venues and third parties
Venues referenced by DiaaPass are or will be independently owned and operated unless expressly stated otherwise. DiaaPass does not own or operate partner venues merely because they appear in our network or marketing. Third-party services and links may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person or organization, introduce malicious code, scrape or extract content through unauthorized automated means, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The DiaaPass name, logos, brand elements, website design, text, graphics, software, and other materials made available through the website are owned by DiaaPass or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in DiaaPass materials.
